The Gratia Education Scheme has been established by Gratia and CCHC since late 2009 with focus on high schools DuYun YiZhong and DuYun ErZhong. 100 students are subsidized per year while the total substitution is 400 thousand RMB. Meanwhile, interest-free loan is offered to the needy high school student prompting to university. The scheme helps the student to complete both high school and university education.
July 2011, a special month to the subsidized students of DuYun YiZhong and DuYun ErZhong, when a summer English camp was organized by Gratia and CCHC. The English camp provided an environment for both the mainland and HK students to learn and use PTH and English. The camp also provided an opportunity for them to widen horizon, deepen thinking as well as communicate face to face. A four days camp could be short, but built up precious friendship between HK and Guizhou students. The camp also made them treasure the environment, the earth and the learning opportunity they received from the sponsors.
I have been worrying if the HK students are easy to get along with before their arrival. Nevertheless, after few days, I found that they are not the same as what we imagined.
At the campus at sunset, we held our hands together to find our destination. The sweat, the laugh and the happiness composed our memory.
This summer is not anymore silent because I heard you. This summer is not anymore in need because I heard you.
Wondering if we are going to meet again in the next vocation, but I remember you deeply, remembering the "Onederful" memory of us.
